Dialdoc is a telehealth general health service available in the state of Arizona that connects the insured, uninsured or anybody in between with medical providers for less than a regular copay.

Dialdoc is available in every city or town in the state of Arizona and is not for emergencies. In case of an emergency, please call 911.

Dialdoc is not like your typical doctor! We’re an online medical platform providing general health services through video consultations.
We treat general health issues such as Urinary Tract Infection, Upper Respiratory Infection, Strep Throat, Fever, Bronchitis, Influenza, Cold, Nausea, and many more.
If something such as labs or prescriptions are necessary, we’ll send the orders in a matter of minutes to the respective pharmacy, In the case of laboratory work! We’ll send to you so you can take the order to the most convenient  lap of your choice.
Our medical providers are board certified doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses. We carefully screen members of our team to make sure they meet the requirements to practice medicine.
You can always pick the doctor that you think it may suit your needs or likes. However, we highly recommend for you to stay with one provider to better develop a doctor and patient relationship.  
Dialdoc offers a variety of services when it comes to adults. However, we often see children that are 10 years old and older for a few health issues.
Our general health services are available in Arizona everyday from 10am to 10pm through video consultations.
The information needed to register with us and start a visit is simple. All you need is to provide the following information: Full name, Date of birth, Email, Phone number, Address, Valid credit card information.

Most definitely! Once in a while, you may need a referral to see a specialist. At the time of your visit, if a referral is needed your provider will notify you of any recommendations.
Normally, when the time comes to select the pharmacy to pick up your prescription! You select the pharmacy nearest to your house or location during registration.
Dialdoc currently do not accept any type of medical health insurance.

Our pricing is based on the type of service you received. However, we’re the most affordable in the state of Arizona.

Virtual Primary Care: 15 minutes of service $45
Virtual Primary Care: 10 minutes if service $35
Referrals & Prescriptions: $0

If for any reason you have to cancel your scheduled video visit, don’t worry. We don’t charge any cancelation fee. You just have to cancel the visit right from your phone or computer.

Your medical care is our highest priority, we’re committed to provide you with the best experience. However, if you’re not happy with our service, you can contact the CEO itself to better assist you.

Our telehealth program service is available everywhere in the state of Arizona. All you need is an internet connection to see one of our medical providers.

When it comes to your prescriptions. There isn’t anything for you to worry about. We’ll send it to the respective pharmacy you selected before the appointment.
eVisit is the partner that allow us to establish our telemedicine connection with our patients. In case you experience a delay connection within your eVisit account, you can contact us or eVisit to further assist you.
